We provide an additional commercial guarantee:

✔️ Exchange or refund within 30 days if the wig is:

• Brand new

• Never worn

• Completely intact

• Never modified

• Returned in its original packaging

• Returned with all accessories included

📸 Required Proof

Before approving a return, customers must provide:

• Clear photos

• A complete video showing the condition of the wig

These materials allow us to verify that the product remains in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
