Vitalisante cannot be held responsible if a product differs slightly from the images shown on the website.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€), including applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Vitalisante reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Orders that have already been confirmed will remain charged at the price applicable at the time of purchase.

Wigs are considered personal-use products.

Therefore, any wig that has been:

  • Used

  • Worn

  • Brushed

  • Cut or altered

  • Tried on

  • Removed from its sealed packaging

cannot be returned.

Vitalisante 30-Day Guarantee

We provide an additional commercial guarantee:

✔️ Exchange or refund within 30 days if the wig is:

  • Brand new

  • Never worn

  • Completely intact

  • Never modified

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories included

📸 Required Proof

Before approving a return, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos

  • A complete video showing the condition of the wig

These materials allow us to verify that the product remains in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.

8. Product Availability

In the event that a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable after purchase:

  • Inform the customer

  • Offer a replacement option

  • Or issue a full refund

9. Warranties

Products are covered by:

  • Applicable legal conformity warranties

  • Protection against hidden defects where required by law

Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
